Resolution: Go to the gym twice a week and Saturday? nope.
Goal: Go to the gym four times a week?nope

Dieting and Weight Loss:
Starting Weight: 305.5
Ending Weight: 303.4
Delta: 2.1!
Update master progress chart: yes!

Goal: Only one fast food meal per week: didn't even come close
Goal: Cook two dinners per week: no.
Goal: Make and take lunch Monday-Thursday: no
Goal: Maintain Daily Diet Entries for everyday: mostly. Not saturday or sunday

Pampering:
Pamper yourself this week: colored my hair *g*

Organizational Health

Goal: Keeping my home clean: NOPE!
Goal: Keeping my car clean: Pretty well!

Intellectual Health

Goal: Read a book: Yes-Reading "A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich"
Goal: Write something: not really.
Goal: Learn something new: I wouldn't want to be in a Russian Gulag.
